Description: A leopard stares directly into the camera (Panthera pardus)
This leopard was spotted at a water hole. After taking his fill he went off in search of a suitable perch. The guides and I followed him. I took several dozen pictures of this beautiful animal, in only one of those shots was he staring directly into the camera. It was a magical moment for a wildlife photographer.
